First course

Pea, lettuce & mint soup, goats curd soup (V)

Twice baked cheese soufflé (V)

Crispy pigs head, piccalilli, pickled vegetables

Organic salmon, smoked cods roe, beetroot & horseradish

Main course

Pappadelle pasta, char grilled courgettes, fennel, peas, lemon & mozzarella (V)

Pan fried sea trout, new potato croquette, sorrel sauce, tomato & black olive risotto, goats cheese

Poached breast of farmyard chicken, pea & lemon risotto, goats cheese & cherry tomatoes

 Langar lamb cooked long & slow, herb crumb

Char grilled rump of Blackberry farm beef, peppercorn sauce, sauté potatoes

Seasonal vegetables are served with all dishes


Vanilla panna cotta, macerated strawberries, earl grey tea sorbet

Bitter chocolate tart, raspberry sorbet

Lemon posset, blueberries, sheep yoghurt sorbet

Selection of fine English cheese & biscuits, homemade chutney


Coffee & homemade chocolates


Cheese may be served as an extra course @ £39.50 a plate for 8




Parties of 16-22 guests

Have the exclusive use of the Indian dining room or garden room and must pre order from this menu

Up to 3 choices


Parties of 24 – 50 guests

Have exclusive use of the main dining room and the white sitting room for pre dinner drinks

This dining room seats 24 at 3 tables x 8.

30 – 34 guests at three tables of 10-12

35 – 50 guests at two tables x 12 and a centre table for up to 26

Must pre order 1 dish from each course however dietary requirements will be catered for.




A 12% service charge is added to your bill. This is discretionary & divided between the staff
