White onion, cider & thyme soup (V)

Twice baked cheese soufflé (V)

Chicken liver & foie gras parfait, fig compote, walnut & raisin toast

Ravioli of Cornish crab, sweetcorn puree, spiced crab bisque

 

MAIN COURSES

Wild mushroom & celeriac cannelloni, black truffle & Parmesan (V)

Prime white fish of the day, Champagne sauce

Roast Belvoir partridge puy lentils, alliums’ game chips

Fillet of beef Wellington, cooked medium rare, red wine & shallot gravy

 

DESSERTS

Pina colada, rum poached pineapple, coconut sorbet, lime granite

Honeycomb parfait, green apple sorbet

Langar hall chocolate bar, hazelnuts, malted stout ice cream

Selection of five British cheese & biscuits

 

Coffee, homemade chocolates & macaroons

 

Cheese may be served as an extra course @ £39.50 a plate per table of 8

 

Tariff

£54.50 for a pre ordered choice menu.

 

Parties of 16-22 guests

Have the exclusive use of the Indian dining room or garden room and must pre order from this menu

Up to 3 choices

 

Parties of 24 – 50 guests

Have exclusive use of the main dining room and the white sitting room for pre dinner drinks

This dining room seats 24 at 3 tables x 8.

30 – 34 guests at three tables of 10-12

35 – 50 guests at two tables x 12 and a centre table for up to 26

Must pre order 1 dish from each course however dietary requirements will be catered for.

 

Saturday Night parties are booked for 6.30pm to sit at 7pm or 8.30pm to sit at 9pm

Apart from exclusive house parties taking the bedrooms.

 

Please advise us of any other dietary requirements so that we can offer alternative dishes.
