Langar Hall Terms & Conditions for Bookings

Cancellation policy – within 24hrs non-refundable and not movable.

Within 5 days – non refundable however can be moved to an alternative date (not movable more than once).

Weddings/Parties (parties of 8 or more) – deposit is non-refundable or movable

Dogs are welcome in our special dog friendly rooms at a pet charge of £20. Dogs are never to be left alone in the room and “accidents” will be charged for. No dogs are allowed in the main house or the grounds without a lead.

Rooms – all non-smoking.

Check-in is from 2pm

Check-out is before 11am

Rooms must be vacated by midday on day of departure, later check out times by discretion of General Manager.

Credit Cards – Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX

All bookings must be confirmed by Credit Card.

Bedroom group bookings of 5 rooms & over require a non-refundable deposit.

All fees quoted by Langar Hall are subject to possible change, in the event that the booking was made in the previous year. Any change in the current VAT rate will be added to the final account.

Langar Hall reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking only in the most severe circumstances.

12% percent service charge is added to the bill but can removed at your discretion.
